Each session is a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and build the confidence to take aligned action towards your goals. whether you're facing self-doubt, fear or simply feel stuck, we'll work together to shift your mindset and unlock your full potential.
What is the average amount of sessions needed?
Around 8-10 sessions are shown to be of most beneficial for change. You're welcome to book more if needed.

How much are sessions per hour?
Sessions are £80 for 50 minutes via zoom.
